In celebration of Women’s Month, NGHS invite you to join us for a magical Silent Guided Dance experience as the sun rises over Durban North.

Our goal is to bring the community together through movement, connection, and pure joy. Slip on your headphones, follow the music, and embrace the energy of a new day surrounded by like-minded people.
