NERVE is a Cape Town event project built around underground culture, club spaces and forward-thinking electronic music.
For its first edition, NERVE takes over Biblio Nightclub (50 Hout Street) with Hungarian minimal-techno favourite GAGA, reinforced sound system and a full stage and lighting revamp.
GAGA (HUNGARY)
For fifteen years, GAGA has been a force in minimal techno. His catalogue spans releases on Toolroom, OVUM, Tronic, 1605 and AnalyticTrail. As the founder of Dark Face Recordings, he helped define a sound, turning the label into Beatport’s best-selling Minimal/Deep-Tech imprint in 2016.
Supported by artists including Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Dubfire, Maceo Plex and Joris Voorn, his music has found its way into clubs and festivals across the world.
On Friday, 26 June, he returns to Cape Town.
